Myrtle Beach Courses - where to have cocktails with a good view

Interested in suggestions which Myrtle Beach Courses have a nice clubhouse/patio to have a beer/maybe cigar with a nice view.

 

I have enjoyed Caledonia's porch overlooking 18. Curious what other spots might be good. Particularly if there is a water view.

Right on the 18th Green and they have an actual bar

Both Caledonia and True Blue are great options. True blue has the porch overlooking 18 green. TPC overlooking 18 is another great option.

Caledonia was good because you had all the betting going on about who was going to dump it in water/hit the green from the group on 18. When you are in the fairway you can hear them doing their bets. It was fun.

Last time I played caledonia I probably made someone some big money. Hit my drive left into the trees and had to chip out. So I bet someone was like this guy is a hack.. Then stuffed it to 5 feet! Played great that day.

Best story from Caledonia, I won a guy a couple hundred bucks by making a birdie on 18 at Caledonia a couple years ago.

 

I hit it pretty close and as I was walking to the green someone on the porch yells to me, "If you miss that putt I win $400 bucks!"

 

I asked him, "Who gets what if I make it?!"

 

Another guy piped up and said "If you make it you'll find out!"

 

I drained it and the porch went nuts. Guy came down and gave me $50 and said thanks! That was awesome.

ians waterway(the old captian poos) right on the intercoastal north myrtle. BUT this place can be a little more local.

Like Bruinspatsirish i have a similar story at Prestwick. So i hit a good drive, my BIL tells me we didnt drive this far to layup. So i pull 3 wood and shot skips through the green into back right bunker. I get there and it is bunker, green water. I look up and can here them betting i put it in the water. I i do my lord let me hit a good one. I swing and swoosh, ball and sand bounce bounce 1 foot from cup. Half the deck errupts with exceitment of winning. I take a breathe of relief and sink putt. I didnt get any money though.

Caledonia has a nice deck for sure. I hit way left and had to chip back into the fairway. I hit my 3rd shot onto the edge of the green, had a super long putt for par and drained it in front of all the people. Pressure.

Getting evacuated tmrw due to hurricane Played rivers edge tues. Very nice deck overlooking 18th green. Played caledonia no one in deck to watch my pw fly the green. Lol. Bummer. Probably wouldve missed the shot if there was an audience. True Blue has a great deck also.

Dunes Beach Club is on the ocean and is my favorite course in MB.
