They do (did). You are just catching the end/close-out of the 2016 pants - so fit/color/size is limited to what they have left.

Nope. They only offered the 3 colors in tailored. The others were only offered in slim.

Grey, Black, and Navy are the only colors offered in Tailored. Which are all solid colors, but it'd be great to have more options. Maybe they'll expand the line in 2017.

How much slimmer are the tailored vs the slim? I (and don't judge) but wear skinny jeans (don't be jealous) and don't mind the slimest fit as ling as there is some stretch or play.

 

For example I wear the Innovator from express which is their slimmest fit.

I mean, they're no 510/511's, that's for sure. And they definitely stretch enough. I'd still personally want to go slimmer, but there's no options for that yet!

Yeah I know what you mean. The gap performance khaki in slim actually fit really well.

 

I can't wear the 510's because the crotch is so low but they have a new cut, the 512 which is same as 511 in seat and thigh but tapered below the knee. It's actually the best fitting jean I've worn that's less than $100.

ping lennox just bought two pair and although expensive($75 each was half price here in canada) they feel un real super light and have some stretch to them it seems. nice athletic fit.

So ... running into a small issue with the "performance" style pants. After trying on a few different pair of the Old Navy pants and trying two different styles at Lululemon, I am finding that the stretchiness of the material can highlight certain things that should not be highlighted. It may be the angle of my dangle, but these pants show a bit more than I would like to show. Not sure if these are going to work. YMMV, but I am now on the lookout for alternates.

The Gap pants were discontinued(seasonal?). Prices for the Old Navy pants may be cheaper in store, ymmv

Uniqlo is very affordable and very underrated. They have some nice slim fit options.

I'm looking to pick up multiple colors in a good athletic/tapered fit pant. Anyone have opinions on the best they've purchased?

 

UA, Nike, Adidas? Looking to hear peoples opinions that have tried these and if the size they normally wear fits true. Trying to find some deals this off season online.

 

Performance Khaki's are back at the Gap. They have both slim and straight fit. Code: HAPPY for 40% off(Feb 1, the codes change, so, sign up online to get the current code) - online and in store. I got a few pairs last year, and, they are great for golf.

Snagged a pair of grey highlands based on this thread. 49 shipped

 

I do own a few lulu commuter pants/abc and the fit is awesome. 110-120 per is a tough pill to swallow though.
