Gents,

We all know Northern Michigan is a golf mecca and one of the best places in the world to play golf. I have been doing some research and thought I would share some of the amazing deals I found.

Black Lake Golf Club - Onaway Michigan - Rated #6 best public course in the State of Michigan

-Check their website but for $102 a person you can get a nights stay, breakfast and a round of golf. Check out their website for info.

Otsego Golf Club - Tribute Golf Course - Gaylord Michigan - rated # 10 best public course in state. For $99 a person you can get a nights stay and unlimited golf for 1 night. This needs to be booked by 12-25-16

Hawkseye Golf Club - Bellaire Michigan - Rated #15 best golf course in Michigan - For $102 you can get a nights stay and unlimited golf for a day. See their website.

Treetops Golf Resort - Gaylord Michigan - multiple courses ranked in the top 15 in the state. Every year on group golfer they offer a $100 nights stay with 2 rounds of golf

just booked Boyne for 3 nights, weekend too... UNLIMITED GOLF for $175/night in August... have done it in the past and can easily get 45-54+ in a day if your up for it (early dawn start, twilight finishes, with clubhouse meals inbetween)

Does that include playing Bay Harbor or the Art Hills course? Or would that be an additional charge?

Didn't part of their hotel burn just last week? I know they've got other accommodations though.

In years past I've played Crystal Mountain and AgaMing in September with discounted booking done through each in Jan or Feb. Never been disappointed with them. Both have had GroupGolfer offers the past few years, although usually mid to late summer by the time they're offered and availability is limited.

fully aware, super tough situation for the Highlands... fortunately I booked before the accident, contacted them and they moved the 6 of us to the Inn at Bay Harbor which is a super wonderful upgrade

that price includes a round on The Heather and Arthur Hills... doesnt include Bay Harbor thou

Typically Heather and Arthur Hills are a $20 up charge per guy. Bay Harbor is more like $75 if I remember right, but it depends which ones you play. I think Links/Quarry was slightly more.

this is correct, $20 for Highlands Courses, $25 is you do Preserve/Quarry, $75 is you do either layout with the Links. Was an easy decision for our group this year as that specific weekend Links/Quarry is Members only

The upper peninsula gets even better!! The Island casino is offering the perfect foursome package! Greywalls, Timberstone and Sweetgrass are three of the best courses in Michigan and you can play all three and stay at the casino for three nights for only $335. One of the best golf vacations I have taken. Nice discounts at the casino yops it off also!
