I told they guy there was a thread over on WRX, he said "I am aware", could not help but laugh.

 

Super nice guy, said he would call it in to Mizuno today, and said they would ship within a few days.

 

I consider myself a good "bargain hunter", almost paid $637 for these today on the bay, was in checkout once, then was in checkout twice on Global Golf for $625. I am glad i waited.

If you're talking about Maple Hill, you are correct. I emailed them about the order I placed to see about getting different grips, extra wraps and lie adjustment since there's no where in website to change a stock order...they're taking care of it for me

 

I just ordered 4-AW Srixon z565 with custom shafts last night for $803, retail $1100 w/o customer shafts. Early Xmas gift for me!

 

You could've got them for $731!

I'm not sure how they make any money, I got my 5-Pw Hot Metals for $463....and they're sticking around until they're worn out.

that's a big 'if' they made money. Golf equipment margins are very low and you have to be really big spender (~1MM+/yr) to get 40-50% margin.

 

I tried to place order yesterday and it seems like they bumped up Mizuno's best offer price significantly.

It worked for me earlier. I don't remember the exact price but it was slightly over $900. I didn't play around with it much to as if I could save more.

I don't think the link they sent for FedEx in that order e-mail is valid for the order. My guess is they send that default for item shipped from their location.

 

These are drop shipped directly from Mizuno. I talked to the guy Monday at lunch when I placed my order to get the right grips and have them set at 1* up. He said I would not receive a shipping notice, would just come from Mizuno. He called mine in that day and said they could ship as early as the next day.

 

I ordered the 5 iron solo from Global Golf on Friday afternoon, same thing, drop ship, on the truck for delivery today.

I am a little bummed.. I originally called and they said they could switch my original order with DG AMT shafts to modus 120 (which was not an option on the site but what I need).. Then they shipped and I inquired and they said they dont have the 120s as an option, and they chose the modus 105s without asking me. I woulda at least liked a heads up.... but for the price I cant be too upset.
