I'm gonna visit both D'Lance and CC to see how they compare, then make a decision. D'Lance isn't open on Sunday's and we typically ski on Saturday, so I may have to make some schedule adjustments. I am really intrigued with CC though, so I may just pull the trigger anyway lol.

 

The one thing I'm hesitant about is my swing. I started taking lessons again late in the summer last year, and it's changed my swing (for the better), but I haven't completely grooved it yet. I'm pretty comfortable with my irons, but my driver is atrocious right now, which is kind of frustrating since that was arguably my best club in the bag.

One of the other members here just did a fitting in NJ and was able to break it up, so I don't think it would be out of the question to do so. Something I would talk about with them before signing up though.

I'm with you. I'm probably going to setup sometime in March. I hope the weather will cooperate so I can at least play or hit the range a bit.

I haven't been for a few years. But I like just seeing some of the stuff. And always liked trying to find something on the used table. But it seems like if you weren't first in the door in Friday there wasn't much left.

Do you guys have snow on the ground? About 180 miles northeast of you we got hammered with a foot Tuesday night. It's going to be a while here.

Strange driving by yesterday. 13 & 15 basically run parallel to each other. 13 was fairly clear of snow with my 15% of the hole having snow on it. 15 was like 80% covered. Strange since they run parallel. I was hoping to play there on Monday but doesn't look good.

I think it has to do with the ground tilt, while both get lots of sun, #13 is tilted toward the sun, and #15 tilted away. We live off of #6 and there is still plenty of snow on both, and it is still really cold today, not much melting.

We were members at Black Bear/Blackstone 4-5 years ago, then decided to join another club. Haven't played Black Bear in a few years, but I'd like to. The Junior Match Play will be here at Balck Bear this year, my son will likely get out there a few times this Summer.
