Ah. Don't tease me. My Fleetwood should ship to Australia today. It's not a custom but I was too impatient to wait months for one. Which, BTW, would be a rounded edge Fleetwood with a T-alignment like the old TPAs from TaylorMade. Or the Del Mar 3.5 if you follow SC borrowings.

 

Jay, will I least be the only Aussie with a new series TP Mills?

But I really like your Soft Tail, too.

 

David could mill an unpainted sightline for you - it will take less than a gram off the weight.

 

I've been thinking of adding a Soft Tail in 360g and 33.75 inches.

But since I'm waiting on my plumbers neck Tradition, I have a question....

 

How long ago did you order it and when did it arrive?

 

I'm at 6 weeks (what David quoted me) and I've got no new flatstick. I have no problem waiting for perfection, but I'm just curious who long it took.

This thread is to blame for me unwinding my pre order for the Yes Callie F and getting a TP Mills from Jay,

 

Not a full custom but you have to start somewhere.

I'm a little late to the party, but I'll post mine too (I posted pics a couple months back somewhere else). My putter arrived on December 31st, 2005. It is one of the Tour Samples that David sold and is a 304 Stainless Klassic with a 352 gram head. I also got a Carbon Klassic Tour Sample a week or so ago (also 352 gram head), but still have to take pictures (and get that terrible "2 thumb" grip off :crazy: ).

 

So far, this is THE best putter I have ever played. The glare can be a little obnoxious, but I can't bring myself to send it back for the "satin" treatment--kind of like sending a loved pet to get neutered. :) I can't wait to give the carbon version a full run-down.
