DIY Overspeed System

Hey everybody! I was just curious if anyone has made their own overspeed training club? If so, how'd you do it? I've obviously seen swinging a driver upside down or an alignment aid (accidentally put a hole in my living room wall losing my grip on one of these), but I'm thinking about something with a regular grip.

There are a few active threads where people have posted how they have made their own. I would link some for you but it is kind of a pain on my phone.

 

Basics; some cheap shafts from eBay or rockbottom + some weight (calibration weights, or sockets, or washers) + epoxy.

 

If you go to super speed systems they list the weights they use. But stay around -10/base/+10% and you should be good.

Yes I did ., 1/2 bolts 9-11-13 u can use 10-12-14 on 75 gram shaft , glued on bottom the taped , my finish weights are now 255-295-335.

Washers to weight and then duct tape

I drilled a hole in the top of a bolt, and epoxied it onto a shaft. You can add or subtract weight via washers and nuts
