Aphibarnrat - Return to form?

Over the last month or so, Kiradech Aphibarnrat seems to be regaining some of the form he had a couple years back and prior to surgery. Although he still seems to subscribe to the Calcavecchia school of course management, he is hitting stellar shots with greater frequency and I would not be surprised if he returns to a OWGR in the top 60 by this time next year.

I hope to see him playing on the PGA Tour again. It seemed he was starting to

play more and then............poof, off the radar. I also like his aggressive swing

and the way he plays.

He is still moving up the OWGR, He may not win this week, but he has been in great form for the last 6 weeks.

He is continuing to make progress. Came up short today, but no blow-ups and superior ball striking. If he could get those Sunday putts to drop, he might have walked away with it today.

Gutsy performance in Indonesia today. He was laying on the ground and looked to be at the point of a WD and was too far over par to get his top 5. He played his final 10 holes 5 under with a clutch eagle on 18 and secured his top 5 finish. This might be enough to get him into the Masters. OWGR top 60 is in sight.

He played his final 10 holes 5 under with a clutch eagle on 18 and secured his top 5 finish. This might be enough to get him into the Masters. OWGR top 60 is in sight.

Just FYI... imported cars are a tad pricy here in Thailand due to import taxes.

 

A 'tad' being approx 3x the price you'd pay in the US... :swoon:

 

quick google for a Ferrari 430 Scuderia seems to be ~ $262,000 ... but a Thai price list has it for, ahem, 26 million baht which comes out at around $828,000.

Post Indonesian Masters he is currently 51st, needs to be 50th for The Masters.
