Mine is pretty boring...Hoosier by birth (Irish fan), I suck at golf, and 89 is the year I took my first breath.

If it was closer to me I would probably jump on it. I do drive past it once a month but between weather and meetings in Muncie usually on the day I drive down there I just can’t justify it. I do intend to check it out this year though.

At what temperature do you guys get out and play in? Wasn't quite sure what temperature it had to be for courses to open up during winter temps in Indiana.

Usually cut it off at 40-45 or so, but even then I'm well layered and in my beanie hat. If it's windy it has to be warmer. I've played in light snow and wind before, and would rather not do it again.

Alright thanks, I wasn't sure because last spring i was in Kentucky and it was a lot warmer down there.

I play more in east central Indiana...but if it's 30's and no wind...I have been known to play. If it's sunny and no wind...I'm good.

Unfortunately just had my knee scoped so might be a little while before I get out.

It's an intriguing offer, my regular golf buddies and I were talking about it. The question for us is, could we get there around 7-8 times over the next two years to get our money out of it? We weren't sure, with family obligations and leagues at other courses, etc. Of course if we were all off during the week, that'd be a different story.

Not sure about Tom, but the rest of us have not. Looks like it's about 100 years old, so mature trees, small greens.

Its a decent little course, plays a bit longer than the real yardage. A couple of odd holes and blind shots, but the greens are typically good in the summer. That being said, some are a little too undulating, including the par 3 7th.

 

Park next to a big truck as your car will be in play on a few holes, and don't slice it into the graveyard on 15!
