new driver question

Hi

I'm looking to get my current equipment spec'd and tomorrow is my first of two sessions on a launch monitor to get some figures on my swing speed. I don't think that anything is really too far from where it should be but I suspect that I will need a different driver shaft as the one I'm using is too stiff - the result of making a major grip change at the start of this year.

Now, the question. I can get the shaft (whatever is recommended) from my local club fitter (very reputable). I also want to use this as a chance to try some tour-issue equipment so I'm thinking of getting a new "old-but-good" clubhead from BSG. Something like an R540 XD or similar. However, over the past few days I've heard some rumours about BSG and I don't know if ordering from them is such a good idea. I've been a user of BSG and always thought it a good site and would have been happy to go ahead and order but now I'm not so sure...

Can anyone put my mind at ease about their reputation when it comes to actually sending me the stuff I'm looking to buy? If I decide to take the plunge here will I actually receive anything? Lastly, are the tour-heads that they are selling likely to be tour-issued or not?

Any advice welcome! If you want to check my record then I've been a member at BSG for ages but I don't post much. My username there is the same as the one I use here. I am not looking to start a war here but some straight-up advice would be good. Thanks!
