Luke Donald now a Jordan Brand Athlete

Not to hate on Luke because I really like the guy but from the brand perspective, Luke Donald will get next to no exposure and is a fading star that doesn't move the needle at all. Why not pick up one of these younger guys that would better reflect the audience of the brand itself?

I think this is a buddy helping a buddy thing here.

 

Jordan Brand for basketball has a ton of stars, this is like a secondary market for them so why the requirement to grab a “star”to rep their stuff.

 

I do agree a guy like Finau would be a good fit if they also branched out into golf apparel en mass.

I for one think this is great. It's only the beginning for the brand in golf. Luke and Keegan are the only two golfers I know that represent. Not sure on Perez but I know he wears Jordan golf shoes. We'll see where this goes from here.

Someone posted a bit ago that Harold Varner III is sponsored by Jordan now too. Didn't show his shoes but he was wearing a boring black hat and shirt with black jumpman logos. Would like to see more colors/patterns too.

Going to interesting this year for Luke as he Went to Greyson for apparel and Jordan for shoes. I see him wearing consevative Jordan colorways. Don't see him wearing Breds anytime in the future.

Each to their own of that, there is no doubt, for me it's a strange one. I used to wear football (soccer) tops all the time when I was kid but I don't even own one these days.
