Help finding new wedge similar to Callaway Forged '12 grind

In need of some help please guys, my lob wedge is getting very worn and I want to replace it.

 

 

I absolutely love the blended c grind on my 2012 Callaway forged 60*, I've tried the PM grind and hated that out the sand, tried a vokey m grind yesterday but just wasn't the same, wasn't too bad on grass and I liked that the leading edge was quite low but still not the same when opened up.

 

Are the modern callaway c grinds similar?

 

Do other makes do a c grind the same?

 

Or shall I just try and find a very good condition forged wedge?

 

edit: or do I get a c grind and attempt to make it the same as my forged wedge by myself! :o

I think the new callaway forged R grind is the new C grind not 100% sure tho

Did you try mizuno T7 wedges their grind looks somewhat similar to the callaway in pic ?

I think the history on this design has gone 12' Forged, to Mack Daddy 2 Tour, to Mack Daddy Forged.

 

Give an MD 2 Tour a try and see if that one feels similar or jump straight to the MD Forged. I recommend either for a flat leading edge, R grind for all types of lies including opening it up as well as that forged feel. The grooves and spin from the slate finishes are also phenomenal, probably much like the 12' Forged.

I have a '12 Forged 60 in the same finish. Pretty good condition. Can post up a pic if interested. Did not have it in play very long as I can be steep/ a digger and usually play in softer conditions so the grind did not work out for me.

I haven't, from some angles it does look similar, may well have a look if the callaways mentioned aren't to my liking

The X Grind in the MD4 will likely suit you quite well.
