Shot Scope says the average scratch male golfer drives 285 yards.

 

Woad is averaging 270.63 yards with 73% accuracy. To complement this her putting and wedge game is top tier against anyone male or female.

Who wins rookie LET vs rookie DP World players?

Welsh player Darcey Harry, 22-year-old LET rookie stormed to victory at the Hulencourt Women's Open in Belgium last month.

Harry's caddie is her boyfriend, Jacob Skov Olesen, a DP World Tour rookie who co-led the men's British Open earlier this month at Royal Portrush. The Dane was also on the bag for her win in Belgium.

 

As for friendly competitions between the two, Olesen said, "We tied the only match we played, so no one has the upper hand. I guess she does, a little bit, having a win."

Those are rl old measurements. Maybe the shortest players might hit this when they hit ob on 2 driver measurement holes per round. I’ve been there measuring the drives.

 

Most of the rookies are all hitting 265-280yd drives on average w no help.

 

Fyi, Nelly in the pic usually hits around 260-270yd on average w no help.

 

Fwiw, when the top amateur ladies want a round they are usually playing vs the scratch or better male players.

I don't doubt those numbers. But ... the numbers from FowlersCousin are CARRY numbers. They are not that far off. Professional courses are (generally) prepped VERY firm, so 20 to 40 yards of role is pretty standard.

That’s about average most scratches if you me looking at carry.  The arccos data for male scratches is total.  
 

their light be 10 yards in there at the top of the bag (265 total for male and you reasonable figure the lpga players are getting g 20-30 yards of roll)

No one gets 40yds roll w 233 carry.

 

After watching/measuring many thousands drives, this only happens if they hit asphalt or concrete or Belgium block cart path or sprinkler head.
