Those guys are friends of mine and are great.

If your club is the same as my club, I signed up for it. I figure if they can do 30% of what they claim and get me 3-4mph in lost clubhead speed, that's well worth $295.

Anyone using or have used this system? I think it looks very intriguing and are thinking about start with the speedbomber and jetstick but would be great to hear some user experiences.

Me too.

I've been using the Mach 3 Velociraptor, Speed Bomber, and the JetStick since my prostatectomy in August of 2023.  I was released by my doctor to begin light training in late September.  I had lost a LOT of speed after my surgery due to the actual surgery, and also the testosterone suppressing therapy prior to my surgery. (I was trying to delay my surgery in order to try to qualify for the U.S. Senior Am....man that was dumb idea it turns out)

Prior to my surgery my average driver clubhead speed was around 112mph.  My first full speed try after surgery was in the middle of October, after I had gotten back into the gym with some light lifting and had a good warm-up.  My fastest swing was 90mph.  It felt like I was swinging in a bowl of soup.  Obviously my sequencing was trash and my overall fitness and strength levels were abysmal.  But that was all I could generate.  I was VERY disappointed.  That probably sounds stupid after going through major surgery, but I really thought I was going to come back a lot faster than that.

I started using the Speed Bomber first since it's the most versatile and has the most varied training uses.  I used it every M-W-F in my living room.  It was great for overall conditioning and I was able to go at it according to how I felt every day.  The one thing I could not afford was injuring myself or opening up my sutures.  As I got some strength and stamina back I added swinging the Jetstick on Tues-Thurs-Sat.

I went back to my job in October after I was fully released, and started taking the Velociraptor to a park during lunch that's a few blocks from my work every M-W-F.   I would tie it to the basketball post and go through the entire recommended session. It takes about 15-20 minutes.  Soon after, I began swinging the JetStick at the park every Tues., and Thurs.  I was trying to play golf every Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting.   Honestly, I feel like the Velociraptor was the hardest and most fun of the three to use.  There were days when it was 25 degrees out there with a 20mph wind blowing, but it was still a blast to swing that thing.  I still enjoy swinging that blasted thing. It has a great sequencing effect.  If your sequencing is off you can't create the speed out front that you really need to keep the Velociraptor moving correctly.  Just like a good golf swing, you're trying to create speed out in front of the ball.

I still use the Velociraptor three days a week and the JetStick three days a week.  The Speedbomber I use on bad weather days in my living room when I can't use the Velociraptor. And the Speedbomber has some great backswing drills that you can't get with the Velociraptor or JetStick.

As of two weeks ago I managed 114mph hitting balls on on a GCQuad.  My goal is to try and get back to my prime time speed of 118mph.  I'm not convinced I can get back, but I figured why not try?  Even if I fail I'm going to be pretty fast for senior golf.

Now, I will say my circumstances are likely quite different than most all other people trying to add some club head speed.  I'm a decent player that had a decent golf swing before my surgery.  I needed strength before I could even train for speed.  But getting my strength back gave me the ability to swing the club faster.  And getting back in the gym had a very positive effect on my over all recovery.  I was also fortunate to not suffer any injuries during my rehab.  I was very careful with my strength training, going with lighter weights and more reps in order to minimize any chance of injury.  It's just in the past few months that I've upped my weights in the gym to my pre-surgery levels.

That said, I'm a believer in the Mach 3 training system.  There is zero doubt that the equipment made a big difference in getting back my clubhead speed. It's not glamorous and there isn't any spiffy app to keep you motivated or track your progress.  You just go to work and stay dedicated to the program.  It's an old school tool that requires old school work.

Based on your experience, I bought the JetStick and Speedbomber package.  Looking forward to gaining some speed.

Is the JetStick ball just a golf ball, or does it have more weight than that?

I think that it is a golf ball.  It is the chain that has some weight.

Nice, I'm going to take a shot at making my own. Is the shaft about a wedge length?

shaft length is 35".  Chain length is 5", and it is a double chain.

Appreciate that. I'm making a homemade ROTEXMotion plate right now. Would like to make a homemade JetStick when done. SpeedBomber, I'll have to buy.
