Restaurant Recommendations-Fort Worth Nice, but Casual

Not golf related, but thought I could find some help. I have a customer who will be with me who dresses pretty casually (overalls) and is pretty picky on what he'll eat. His diet is really only cheeseburgers, pizza and some Mexican. His wife is traveling with us and she like steaks. There are plenty of great places to get steak in FW, but they might not work out for getting him a burger. I tried taking this same guy to Capital Grille once since they have burgers, but he wasn't impressed since it was a Kobe burger lol. So basically I'm looking for the nicest "casual dress place that has both burgers and really good steaks."

Funny story, the same guy had Eddie Merlot's once grind up a steak to make him a cheeseburger.....

Typing this out makes me realize I sell the wrong product. The company would pay for Del Friscos and all the liquor you could handle and I'm stuck trying to find cheeseburger joints that serve steaks that don't suck for someone who doesn't drink! I've also never played golf for work in 13 years...

IMO easily the most interesting food in Ft. Worth are Tacos. Torchy’s and Velvet are the standards. Torchy’s is a bit more pedestrian in appearance and ingredient mix. Either would be far more memorable and varied than any burger or steak place.

Cattleman's on Main & Exchange. Old school and right in the middle of the Stockyards district. Lots of ways to kill some time there if that's what you're looking for. Definitely the touristy part of town.

Kincaid's used to be the go-to for Cowtown burgers, but I don't know if that's still the case.

For BBQ old-school style it's hard to beat Angelo's or Railhead.

H3 is probably the move, but I’d really like something nicer. Like Joe Dirt said, “it’s not what YOU want, it’s what the consumer wants!”

Horseshoe Hill chicken fried steak in different varieties.

Lonesome Dove is good. Do they have a burger?

Los Vaqueros for great Tex Mex, also off North Main.

Fuzzy's Tacos is fantastic.

Hopdaddy's for good burger, but no steak.

Hmmm...don't know where to get a good steak OR burger. Del Frisco's Grille probably has a good burger, and is "nicer" than H3.

Joe T Garcia's is not in my fly zone.

Oh my, I said Fuzzy’s? Torchy’s blows it out of the water. One of our sons, for some reason, likes Fuzzy’s a little better than Torchy’s.

Ended up @ B&B Butchers SW of the city. It worked out pretty well.
