10 HCP - seeking consistency...any comments on my swing appreciated (Bonus 4yr old swing!)

I used to play semi-regularly but have been out of golf for the most part in the past 6 years. Now I am getting back into it and would like to take my swing and HCP to the next level. Certainly open to lessons/instruction if that is what is recommended but wondering if any of you can spot anything in my swing that I can work ok or drills I can try to groove a fundamentally sound swing.

I generally play a draw, my misses are push/fade or the dreaded pull/hook off the toe of the club. Feel like this comes from backswing off plane and coming down over the top/steep but I'm not really sure. I also noticed in a videos from side view (especially with shorter irons/wedges) that I was shifting weight and moving hips towards target instead of rotating hips, seems to de-loft my clubs and contact was not very consistent...when I consciously thought about this I had some swings that felt smoother so maybe something for me to look out for. Anyway looking forward to your comments, thanks for the help.

Video of the poor swings from that range session. A couple misses to the right including one really poor contact on the face; the final shots show my pull/hook miss which is the more common one that gets me in trouble...really pops up at the end my range sessions or after a bunch of holes when I am getting tired (or too much beer). When I am not "on" this is what gets me in trouble.

Bonus Video - my 4 year old was taking a few swings in the backyard and she hit a great one that hit the target (kiddie pool), I pulled out my phone and the next swing she bombed over the fence!

Have to start with the hip turn. You have a very restricted hip turn, then you start turning the other way well before your backswing is done and you lose depth in your pelvis significantly as a result.

Get the right pocket of you pants as far away from the ball as you can in the backswing.

The thing I see is your swinging your upper body before the torque between your lower body and upper body has fully developed.

Follow Monte's advice - your pivot starting with the hip motion needs significant improvement - as he said, get that right butt cheek working toward the target, get your left knee working out toward your toes and let your pivot bring it a little toward the right - the right hip goes back and up, the left goes down - the left hip goes down not around. You need better angles and it starts with the hips moving properly. Arms are also and issue but better to focus on improved pivot (hips and left side bend) and then work to add in arms - can do these drills without swing a club - arms across the chest, alignment stick in belt loop and another across your chest

You all are awesome, thank you for taking the time to take a look. Watched a couple of the videos you posted and seems like my lower body is not rotating at all compared to some of these examples/pros. Will work on it and take notes from my daughter's range sessions
