Does anybody know if Josey has a fly-mill or willingness to do hand-stamps? His CNC work/customizability is INSANE and makes him the best in the business (plus he just seems like an awesome dude)... but if I'm dropping $1000 on a putter/piece of art, then I want something like the face milling/stamping on a TP Mills or MannKrafted putter that just make it feel a little more special. I don't know why, but the etched face-milling from the CNC always look/feel weird to me; the "traditional" super shallow fly-mill patterns/double-milling you see on the Circle T putters or TP Mills are perfection

Don't know about the fly cutter he can answer. I do believe he does some stamping on request but again he can answer that.

I think each custom maker I’ve worked with has strengths unique to them. When I order from different people it’s because of those strengths to match the putter I have in mind. Josey is an absolute artist..so I’m sure he could get the milling to what you prefer but as MattM97 said message Josey and he will let you know what he can do

Ya'll are awesome. Admittedly, I haven't reached out to Josey because I am not ready to buy from him yet--partly because of price/budget right now, and partly because I feel the need to order something super unique/special when I eventually place that order since his biggest strength seems to be freedom in customization (coupled with the rare trait of phenomenal communication). Thanks everyone for your help

Hand stamping yes, although it’s not my favorite as I never think it comes out good enough.  Fly mill no, but I can mill it tight and shallow enough to where it looks the same as a high end fly mill. Can’t really replicate the “resonance” or a bad fly milling that a lot of people seem to like.  But I guess that’s a matter of personal preference

Super excited to put my deposit down with Josey. He built me a beautiful blade. Now the next project will be a zero torque mallet with way better look and feel than the OEMs out there and LAB
