Figured this deserved a bump for Mikes work.  Stuck a LAGP shaft in my Atwood and it’s the best performing putter I’ve owned.  Feel is absolutely perfect.

Looks awesome Phabs.
Could you measure the height of the face from the sweetspot?  His faces look like they are a hair taller than, say, a Newport 2.  I think it's even more noticeable on his Dalehead design, but I see it a little bit on his NP2  design as well.  Just wondering if its an optical allusion or not, but I actually prefer a slightly taller face.  I think Scotty's OTR Newport 2 has gotten too shallow.

That’s odd.  Last I spoke to him was the 5th and he was quick to respond.   Wonder if it’s holidays

Stability tour was 110 grams, LAGP is 135 so hardly any at all.  Not enough for me to even notice.

I love the LAGP.  Best I’ve putted in a long long while was this year.  He’s been busy with family and travel lately.  His updates on ig have been pretty sporadic but I know he’s still there.

Also saw Mike is working on a more unique design/model and I'm kinda digging it especially the flange being an alignment without having an alignment. 

 

I know there are some guys that will say it's still an Anser style and yeah it is but how unique could you go while still being appealing?

Getting ready to pull the trigger on one of his mid mallets.  Quick question, do these putters sit square at address?  I can’t stand it when they close when sitting at address.  Thanks in advance

Mine was made with 5* of loft. But 100% honest it wants to close. He puts a tri Sole on the blades so if you don’t sole the putter it closes..If you sole it it’s neutral

Report back on that new head. I like how the cavity has different thicknesses. I’m also curious how the thinned-down flange affects sound.

Just got back my Newport style but with a deeper back portion (non technical term due to brainfart).  Honestly the best ive putted in a long time this past weekend.  Now I just have to hope that continues on and isn't a flash in the pan.  Putter came out perfect.  As a lefty I can finally get something that looks good.

Wider/deeper/longer flange I guess is what you were looking for. 

 

But really nice shape and unique touches too especially that double face milling. Plus I really like the finish he out on that too. 

 

Definitely sounds like it will be a great putter for you and kinda amazing how many people go into a wider blade and find that sweet spot for a putter shape/size.

Lot of time and effort went into this and it came out truly perfect. Circle P for myself, Leslie in Titleist font (my wife,) and My two sons James and Rory. Putter by Compass Golf, Grip by Entitled Golf, and Covers by Delilah Club Covers. Cannot recommend these 3 enough.

Putter was $530, originally quoted $550 but knocked of $20 because I didn’t need a grip. $40 for the grip from Entitled Golf. $180 total for both putter covers from Delilah Club Covers. 
 

I explained it to one of my friends as this is my equivalent of a sentimental tattoo. Love the look of it, has lots of meaning, and will be with me forever.

I gamed the putter down in NC for the weekend and I can honestly say i made almost everything under 10 ft and I've never putted better.  Finally found something that lines up to my eye perfectly.  Now lets see how long the honeymoon period lasts before my putting goes to s***.

Anybody else having an issue with communication with Mike?  I emailed my spec sheet over a week ago and asking how to pay and get this process moving and have heard nothing.  I understand he’s busy but going on 10 days of no response when I’m trying to give him money is disappointing to me.

I think he did say he was going on vacation for two weeks so he may still be gone.  the last 3-4 mos though he was spotty on communication.  Maybe he just got slammed with requests.
