Where to purchase a new Ventus?

Hello fellow golfers ?

 

I'm considering a Ventus for my G410 and would like to know where I can find the best price on a new one?  Ebay, or is there a member here that sells them new?

BEWARE of taylormade or TEE Ventus shafts - they are fake ventus shafts and do not have VELOCORE printed by the tip of the shaft.

Not sure that calling them 'fake' is the right word...

TM ventus are made for TM ...Not fakes BUT different spec than the aftermarket Ventus.

It's nice to have friends in the business - got both of my Ventus Blue shafts for cost, around $220 each. Otherwise, I had tried one of the non-VeloCore TM versions prior and really couldn't tell a difference. If you can get one of those of eBay, it can be a nice score.

I love Fuji, It's all I play in my shafts.

 

Fact is - the Ventus without velocore is not a Ventus. It's just a run of the mill shaft made to fit a wide swath of golfers but pumping the Ventus name since it has tour wins and is the shaft of choice right now. They share absolutely zero similarity.

 

Even Fuji's instagram marketing right now is shifting to marketing VELOCORE as the MOI-booster...specifically stating VELOCORE since they know not all Ventus shafts have it, now. VELO makes a ventus a ventus. The TXG video is just further proving it.

 

TM wanted a hot name to put on their SIM line...it's TM...they run on marketing - they're the best at it. Good for them, and was Fuji going to say no for a 6-7 figure shaft contract? Hell no! Good for them too. I'de rahter have Fuji make money than Aldila...but it's not the same shaft.

I bought some shafts and my last set of irons from Fairway Jockey. They did a fine job and have no complaints. Would recommend.
