Similar shaft to 3 wood help

Have an old nike 3 wood with a 95 gram Aldila nv xstiff shaft. It has been in my bag for 8+ years and nothing can kick it out. I hit the snot of of it. Pretty much ideal launch conditions and it is a club I have amazing confidence with. So my question is, what shaft currently today can come close to what I’ve got in that 3 wood for my driver? I’m guessing I need to go heavy (75-85 grams) and the NV is pretty low launch/low spin, or at least was back in the day. Ideas? My current driver is a titleist 917 with an Oban devotion x stiff 65 gram shaft. Hit it good when I’m swinging well but if my tempo gets off it gets squirley quick. Snap hook is the typical miss with too quick of a transition at the top. If I snap a few, I use that money 3 wood for a few holes to get my tempo back. Would love to have a driver that instills the same confidence as my old 3 wood

Aldila Tour green has comparable tip stiffness and launching characteristics as the NV. That being said, I love the NV in fairway woods but never liked it in a driver shaft.

I used to have an old NV pink shaft in my driver and liked it. Still had the quick tempo hook miss with it but it was a 65 gram shaft and only a stiff not an X-stiff. It snapped on me And I upgraded to the titleist. I wonder if it’s the heavier shaft that’s key for me. Maybe time for some experiments.

I would agree with many of the others by staying in the NV line. I would look at the 75 grams or 85 gram versions.

For me the weight is more important than the bend specifics, I have been playing 80 gram + driver shafts for many years because I can't control anything lighter. I had a lo-mid flight X and changed it to a hybrid hi flight Stiff and it didn't seem to change the flight characteristics too much. I did cut it down and inch.
