Sorry, ended up getting ahold of Ping directly and learned these were built overseas in the European sector. Super strange order where the 5 iron was .5 degrees weakened, a few other irons were .25 degrees weakened.

I also will no longer provide info on old Ping clubs (Eye, Eye2 etc...) as the online database is flawed for old clubs.

 

For wood heads, I will only tell you if it is a real number.  Since most shafts get swapped, it is nearly useless to ask for specs.

This goes back a month ago on here when people were asking for serial numbers.  I made a comment then that people can call Ping directly.  Socrates and I had two-three posts back and forth about this (all very cordial as Socrates even expressed some frustration with members on here posting on this thread once and disappearing).  I apologize if my post came across wrong.  I was merely letting people know they can call Ping directly.  When you do that, you can also ask the representative any additional questions you have about the clubs.  They will give you everything they have.  This process is often under 5 minutes or can go as long as you need.    Most will gladly talk shop with you if you have additional questions  (I have never had anybody there who was even the slightest bit rude).

 

The information is easily attainable.  For me personally, I would rather do it for myself than bother somebody else with the information.  To me, it is akin to asking somebody standing on the other side of the kitchen to hand you a spoon when you are already standing 3 feet away from the spoons.

 

I understand some on here may need to ask him for whatever reason.  But alot of these are mundane requests that can just as easily be done by the member themselves.

It does irk me when people join just to check a number.  Even more so when they haven't read any posts and are from outside N. America.  If they did, they would know that their request is not doable.
