The I59 set also had the following custom lofts:

5= 25.5

6= 29

7= 33

8= 37

9= 41.5

 

They also had a custom grip build-up of +1 under the top hand, and +2 under the bottom hand.

The four iron had a custom loft of 22.5, with the same grip build-up.

they have project x IO 5.5s in them I figured they were factory shafted. The weird thing is they have the Winn dry tac grips but oversize so maybe someone just changed the shafts only and got bigger grips?

If that reshaft was done at the factory, there would be a comment to that effect. I hope that whoever did the reshaft used the proper Ping ferrules.

I didnt notice anything until you told me these weren’t the original shafts. I can see some turning marks compared to my g410s which you’ve now confirmed are factory shafted. 

I don’t have a 4 iron in my g410s but the g410 5 iron is longer than the i525 4 iron!

yeah I suspect someone did a hack job and reshafted them. I’m going to take them back to the shop I got them from

Good idea. If the proper countersink ferrules were not used, the shafts could be crooked in the hosels.

turns out the 4i was a different serial and the 5-UW were factory shafted but were 1/2 inch over standard so I just returned the whole set to the shop

I've come across a set of i210's with 5 different serial #'s in the set. I'm trying to get an idea of what may have happened here. (All currently have Oban shafts with Ping grips..perhaps a custom build at some point by a fitter) Lofts and lies were recently checked and set back to Black Dot specs.

All these clubs/heads come from the same account number.  To just get heads, this account must be very trusted or well connected.  To have various numbers in the set means they didn't keep them separated and didn't pay attention to the serial numbers.  Still, all good numbers.
