Delivery day FINALLY came yesterday!! Just under 1 month for custom ZX7 MK II’s (8-PW).

 

Going to try and combo these with OG ZX5 4-7 irons and see how it goes.

Btw what do you think of the RTX6? I find them a little firm feeling. I love them out of the sand and on full swings where I can really control the spin

 

However I find them a little clunky on the touchy stuff.

I LOVE the RTX 6's personally. They are definitely firmer than the OG RTX Zipcores, but I find them more consistent with yardages, shot types, and more forgiving. I know forgiveness isn't something people talk about much in Golf, but I've found the RTX 6 to be way more consistent for me than any other wedges that I've played.

 

Will definitely keep an eye out for the RTX 7's when they come out though of course. 😉

Good game last night in the NBA Finals.
 

Looks like this series might be shorter than expected if Kyrie can’t get it going and Luka isn’t at 100% physically.

 

I’m still a Raptors fan though, so couldn’t pass up this beauty when I came across it. 
 

To pay tribute to maybe the greatest Raptor of All-Time, I’m pairing this headcover with a clean white palate around it! 😎🔥

Yeah, I like some of the newer Raptor uniforms that have come out…but the old school ones will always be tough to beat!

 

Must be an exciting time to be in the Boston area eh? The Celtics looked fantastic in Game 1 and 2. 👀👀

It’s great being a Celtics fan. Them being a championship level team actually feels nostalgic to me. Started playing/watching them in the mid 70’s when them being a great team felt like a birthright. I know how spoiled and arrogant that sounds, but I went from Havlicek, Cowens, and White into Maxwell and then into Bird, McHale, Parish. Listening to my father talk about Russell, Sam Jones, Cousy, etc  all the time, we really couldn’t grasp a bad basketball team around here. If Len Bias and Reggie Lewis had not tragically passed away I believe that dynasty would’ve continued but we’ll never know for sure. This started a downward trend and then the team building stupidity of Rick Pitino taught us all about the darkness of the NBA basement. Brief resurgence with Garnett, Pierce, and Allen which was great and thankfully Ainge/ Stevens have been able to build a team that is set up for a prolonged period of success. 2-0 is great but still a long way to go against a team with two generational talent level players, fingers crossed!

That’s a luxurious life for Celtics fans for sure…incredible.

New pickup this week!
 

I’ve been trying to find the right fit in the 4-iron/Driving Iron spot since I started playing Golf in 2020.

 

I considered the Titleist U500 and U510 before, but apparently this U505 is supposed to be the best of both worlds.

 

We’ll see…looking forward to testing it out!

I really find it easy to hit from good lies. High ball flight and i'm much more directionally accurate vs a Hybrid (hybrid better out of rough)

 

i find it a bit odd feeling, but it performs really well

Thanks my man! It’s a Golf accessory manufacturer called Play Eagle based in China.

 

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they manufactured bags for Vessel though…very similar design and the quality is fantastic!

I know one of the senior guys there pretty well and they are super good to deal with

Thanks my man! The Scottie headcover was custom made by a company out West…love it for sure!

 

And bag wise, REALLY love this new one so far. Should be safe for at least the rest of this season, but obviously both of us have said that many times and it doesn’t necessarily mean much, Lol.

I just ordered this bag last week. Glad to see someone who is actually using it and the quality looks great. What kind of weights in it. Is it OK for carrying ??
