Help me unlock my lower body

I like my swing from the waist up and how I get to the top of my backswing, but I feel like I’ve got a mental block on the downswing with getting my lower body to be part of the swing. 
 

Any recommendations and drills are appreciated.

Forearms roll too much to the right (arms also appear to work away from the body in the takeaway which leads to disconnection of arms and body pivot - also causes the forearm roll cause if you didn't then your arms would end up with too little depth)  in the backswing and downswing reaction is to then roll them left - a shallow to steep pattern - once you steepen the shaft your body reacts to shallow it by standing up (EE) which shuts of rotation.   You may like your backswing but it is at the root of your issues in your body stalling and not rotating thru the shot.   Right hip looks to be too active early and kicks out blocking arms too.

 

Lessons with a good teaching instructor, someone who makes their living just teaching golf.

Better to have camera at hands/belt level to limit distortion.    Would give a better view of takeaway.    Steep, EE and right hip are pretty clear.

First things first.  You have to stop following the club head with your eyes in the backswing.

 

The irony is your lower body has too much early and incorrect movement.  Your right hip fires out early and too much, forcing you to stall out.

 

Right hip needs to work away from the ball more in the backswing and stay in more on the downswing.

Monte, ironically I noticed my eye-tracking issue yesterday and thought to myself "WTF?!? why am I doing this?".

Thanks for all the feedback. Here’s a quick 6iron update - I spent some time doing Monte’s alignment stick drill and focused on not thrusting the hips at the ball.

Better - video and motion.     Arms work away in takeaway but in 6i swing the butt of club stays pointing at or just inside the ball - driver swing appeared much flatter (some of that could have been camera angle too).     I would focus on motion of wrist/forearms in transition - you pull the club steep, extend your left wrist which still sets up an EE/stall with the 6i  - clearly not as much as with the driver.    You hips are reacting to the position you get the club into in transition - steep so they extend early to shallow (they can also react this way to a too open face).

 

Monte's NTC addresses transition among other things so it would be a place to start besides maybe taking an online live lesson with Monte which would get you there way faster.       

 

In transition club COM needs to work up, away from the target and away from the target line - it needs to fall behind/below your handpath - opposite of backswing where you keep the club head outside the hands until shaft parallel and then bring them up in line with hands (this is what gets the butt of the club pointing more in between the ball and toes and stands the shaft up.     One way to feel this falling behind/below is to do Tyler's zorro swings - an exaggeration to get the "feel" - his video is on his pay site but on his youtube he does the zorro swing from dtl in a video where he talks about tumbling the club.     If you've seen folks get the shaft lined up with their trail forearm around p5.5 this is the move coupled with Monte's NTC that gets you there - can feel like a loop but that is just the feel you get when the club head goes back outside the hands then drops below them in transition.      This move enables the rotation to hit the ball given face angle good, etc.
