I think you have to be careful chasing speed, or you can develop some really bad habits. This is why I think it is important to do at least some speed training while hitting balls. The feedback can be very helpful.

I just ordered the Stack System today as well as a PRGR LM. Can't wait to start this journey!

 

I previously had the Superspeed sticks but I felt that I had no idea of how I was improving or not. The data and app portion of this is what got me excited.

Finished my second Full Speed Spectrum today and gained nothing from it. Only benefit was it kept we swinging for the last two months when I’d normally not touch a club. Will do a progress check on Monday. If it suggests Full Speed Spectrum again I’m changing it.

My step swings have been so sporadic +/- 5-6 mph per swing. How were yours?

Not sporadic but also not as fast as I’d expect. Step and max with the same weight are pretty much the same speed.

Sure enough after a progress check Full Speed Spectrum was suggested for a third time. Not going to happen.

I had pretty much given up on The Stack. But then I saw the app had an update so I checked it out. Based on the improvements to the app, I decided to give it another go. One thing I did much differently is to do my workouts first thing in the morning. That has made a huge difference in my results. Instead of my speeds being up down up down up up up down down down down etc, I am seeing steady improvement with way less volatility. I will be sticking with this for a while to see how it goes.

After I completed the FSS, it recommended the same for me, but suggested neural overdrive as the first alternate program.  I’m halfway through it and I’m seeing gains,  albeit slow.  Might be worth an attempt.

im finishing up FSS for the second time, i absolutely know the "AI" will recommend a third and then a fourth and then a fifth round with FSS.......the sessions are fine but there is zero intelligence in this, ive never seen it do any intelligent changes in weights or reps........everybody is getting the same workout, it dont matter you are 18yo with a 125mph swing or 95yo with a 60 mph swing, sasho will give u the same crap

Granted i haven't been in the gym as much as i should be, I'm currently on FSS as well and seeing no where near as many gains as the other programs. Going to go back to foundation after this

I saw good gains with Foundation, I’m almost done with FSS and I’m just not loving it.  I feel like I’ve totally plateaued and cannot make any improvements.

Decided to switch things around, went with heavy hitter even though it was not recommended......started my swings from the top c0ck position and focused more on form than speed......Quit chasing a faster number and I am pleasantly surprised.....From the top pulling down and finishing in balance results in a swing that is only 3-4mph slower than max effort with a crazy swing.  Added swings with driver before and after the session as well.  So far so good.  Sometimes you may know what will help your swing more than a AI program will.

I have this problem.  I just got started and while doing the baseline my numbers with driver were in the upper 70s with fastest at 89.  On a Trackman earlier today my numbers were in the 95-98 range.  Wonder if my SSR is off or I’m doing something wrong.

So I just finished my fourth program. 

 

Foundation I went from 92 - 99, FSS 99 - 99, FSS 99 -100 and then Neural 100 - 106. I picked Neural on my own and saw a 6 mph increase. So in just under 6 months, I've increased my speed 14 mph. 

 

I email Sasho every now and then and he says to stick with it, fight through the plateaus etc and he is right. You might hit a wall for a week or two and it's frustrating. With 195 grams I was stuck between 89-91 and then one day out of the blue I was at 94-96 and now I'm at 96-97 consistently.

 

They've made a lot of good improvements to the app and added some cool new programs. Under Special Session there is one called Speed Priming which helps with pre-round speed preparation. I can't wait to try this out before my next round.

I did the foundation and then recalibrated and gained about 8 mph. Started FSS and was 3/4 way through and was plateaued then had 3 herniated discs, not golf or stack related. Knocked me out for 2 months, no swings no gym just PT and rest. Got the go ahead from doctor to start and am faster than when I got injured. This game is maddening haha

Anybody still using this ???  I had a question for active users :  Is your trackman/ foresight swing speed closer to Stack Speed or closer to your Espeed ???

I figured out why im so slow with the ball, it seems my swing is so flawed that I need to reroute and do all sorts of adjustments to hit the ball square and this robs me of a natural flowing swing.  I practiced just hitting the rubber tee with air swings and was 8 mph slower.  Add in a ball and I lose another 4-6mph

When I've been on Trackman with a ball the numbers seem to correspond to the eSpeed.

After going back and forth on how well TSS works, I've come to the conclusion that it actually works really well. I've started measuring progress only by what is happening on the course. My Stack System numbers have been very up and down, but there is no question I am hitting it farther on the course. It is very noticeable with my irons, where I've picked up about 5-7 yards in the last month or so.

 

I'm done worrying about my "Stack" speeds--I'm only looking at real world changes now.

I've oddly not been getting faster during the Foundation Program. Sasho said it's rare but does happen in something like 1/300 users and they may have some corrections for me to try. One weird thing during the test is my trail arm speed was 17 MPH faster than lead arm (110 vs 93).

Interesting comments by Sheffler on distance improvements for Fitzpatrick using this for a relatively short period of time. IOS only negates it for me but I'm sure it will become popular after a U.S. Open win...

Depending on the length of your warm-up, it is generally in the 25-30 minute range.

I like it - anybody do it daily?  I know it says you should space the workouts  out a bit but that doesn't really seem necessary.

I have seen a lot of people posting in the WTB section. The Stack System website says it will be October before adult systems are in stock. I just placed an order for a new Stack System from 2nd Swing. I double checked before ordered that this was in fact a new system and not preowned. 
thought some others might find this useful. 
I’m not sure if it is okay to post the link but if you search stack system in 2nd swing golf you will find it.
