Which ones are?

Hello, I am very interested in buying a GPS unit. Wondering which ones are compatible with Apple Computers if any?

GolfLogix was the first to offer native Mac OS X software, and it works well. Now the Skycaddies say they are... and Sonocaddie told me they are working on it.

I think I am going to hold out for the On Par GPS.

This looks like an iPhone. It only have 4000 courses but there is no membership fee/annual dues.

It keeps stats, scores, and up to 300 courses.

It is a little steep in price. It looks like you can touch the screen anywhere to determine your distances.

If it becomes Mac OS X compatible, I will definitely get this one.

iGolf sent me an email yesterday saying that they now offer Mac compatibility on their Saturn, Triton, and Neo models.

uPro is also Mac compatible.

Only partially true. My uPro won't connect to my macbook pro and a conversation with uPro customer service was of no help. They said there is an issue with machines running OSX 10.4 or something... and that perhaps Apple would fix it in the next update. For now though, he could offer me nothing to fix the problem. Apparently 10.3 works with no issues.

If anyone does know a workaround for this, please let me know!

Golfbuddy either is or will be. Plus it comes loaded with about 13000 courses so you won't be loading very often. It holds 20000 courses!

I got an email from sonocaddie today telling me that they do not expect the sonocaddie to become mac compatible.
