Bryson having fans removed for saying “Brooksie” to him...

So, back at the PGA, someone yelled “way to go Brooksie” at Bryson. He didn’t like it and it went wild on social media. Now, everything in there is yelling it at him and he is now having them removed. Who wants to bet money on that being a major thing yelled at him at the Ryder Cup?

If this is true, this is a pretty bad look for the PGA. So people can scream mashed potatoes, baba booey, and all kinds of other things but they can’t yell “way to go Brooksie”? That’s like saying LeBron can’t be called KD or Steph in a basketball game and anyone who does it will be removed. It’s ridiculous.

Well, from the twitter post it's apparent that people are being escorted out for calling him "Brooksie", whereas calling him "Brooksy" as referenced in the thread title may be acceptable.  

 

The PGA Tour officials need to clarify this policy.

Saw a few people removed today.  His caddy would point them out to the cop with the group and he’d go have them escorted out. Was great to watch.  He wore headphones all the way up the 10th tee because people were chirping at him on his walk from the club house.  You can see his caddy walking towards the cop in the picture I attached to go point someone out. This was on 14.
