MMT 105 Vs PX LZ 6.0

After dislocating my knee I have come to the realization I can't swing like I did, especially at this point.  Currently I am playing PX LZ 6.0 in my Irons. I have a very long quick transition swing and will need to tone it down. I am considering dropping shaft weight/stiffness to compensate for the shorter less twisting swing. Can't find much on the MMT 105 since most of the talk is the 125's. Nobody around me even has them to demo. Any info or even other shaft advice would be appreciated. I was fitted last year to PX 6.5, PX LZ 6.0, DG s300 hard stepped or S400 soft stepped.  Nippon shafts don't jive with my swing, and have a set of C Taper lite in my old Mizuno's that are not my favorite but perform ok.

Based on the lineup you’ve played, I’d say give the MMT 105 stiffs a demo. I did a demo with the 95s and I find them quite stable and powerful. I come from the same PX history. The lighter graphites will be as stiff as steel that is heavier, and 105 is a nice range to drop without dropping too far in weight.

I have the MMT 125 TX.  I know it's not what you're looking for but let me give you some insight.  From a launch/spin angle, they play similar to the S300/X100 depending on flex.  From a feel perspective, they are second to none.  I haven't tested the PX LZ but had the OG PX 6.0 and 6.5 as my gamers briefly.  Absolutely hated them.

I have recently demoed the 105 X-Stiff and PX 6.0 at Callaway. 

All I will say is that the weight and feel is completely different and I would urge to try it out yourself before committing to the MMTs.

MMT is far more shaft than the lz imho.

If you really want to tone it down try the oti in s.  It's bloody expensive but this een shaft for feel players.

Everyone has different requirements in profiles, weight and flex designations, but I play a PX Catalyst 80 (85g) 6.0 

they make a 6.5 in 80 (85g) and a PX Catalysts 100 6.5 . 
 

It’s the lowest launching graphite shaft I’ve played. I love it in my T-MB 2 iron.
