Looking at grabbing 1 for ANWA, what is fair market price based on last year? I’m seeing like $700ish per ticket, is that a good number to pull the trigger at? Thx

Stubhub prices got down to $525 plus fees (see page 45 of this thread). I was at the event last year and remember seeing seemingly legitimate posts of people selling for $300-$400 after Stubhub listings were no longer available. I did not stop at any of the places on Washington to verify though.

I got this same email. Actually got two, this one and right before it an email telling me my seller switched the method from delivery to local pickup. However, my StubHub order page still shows the tickets as delivery. Switched from March 22nd delivery to now April 7th…which I pray not cause that’s when we are flying down. StubHub of course has no idea what I’m talking about since their customer service support is all overseas. Getting nervous tho because with StubHub being no help I’m at the mercy of going down and praying they are at the local house to pickup

How quick is Augusta to catching these? Say you warned them as soon as you saw them and they changed the photo, is there a chance their tickets wouldn’t be cancelled?

I can't believe people are shelling out 2K to watch practice...we're talking about practice, man!

 

And why you would want to buy stuff from a club that would NEVER have you as a member is another mystery to me.

They’re paying to touch grounds basically.  I refuse.  At this point I don’t know if I’d go with free tickets.  But it’s not for any reason of membership.

@dmbolp you seem to have a good idea of the trend of these tickets. Do you think at this rate they’ll drop before the start of the event? I’m looking for Monday tickets. Last year I was able to get them for a decent amount lower compared to what it’s offered for right now. They aren’t dropping enough yet for me to pull the plug. Starting to feel a bit defeated!

Inventory looks pretty grim. It’s dropping vs increasing. Do we see a rebound?

Anybody have any thoughts why inventory is this low? Prices are still up there. I did see Monday at $999 yesterday and that’s not really that great compared to the last couple of years.

One idea, maybe they're really limiting Practice rounds to LMS this year (based on the email from last week), and therefore any new listings can't go live until Stubhub receives the physical tickets from the original purchaser

i personally think that would be awesome from a reliability aspect (not that SH has been unreliable as far as the Masters goes…).

Just created a dummy listing for Monday 4/7, still says I have until 4/7 to ship the tickets (Huh???).  And then got the following email.  Maybe once confirmed they then say you have to ship to Stubhub for LMS.

Wow can’t believe you saw one that low, I saw Monday inventory hit around 165 on Friday and has plummeted since

Thanks for sharing! Intersting as you know it was previously possible to get tickets directly from FedEx. This could also create an issue with huge lines to pickup day of.

 

curious, what makes you think we could see more listings later due to LMS?  Unless StubHub does not allow them to be posted until the tickets arrive in person to them? And thus perhaps the ticket listing is “pending” in StubHub?
