Well it's a final and we around here can expect that our NCL and CH are quite saddened by the outcome. The battle of the two schools from North Carolina is in the books. The Tar Heels started their surge with their victory over the Blue Devils in that last game at Cameron, and that win seemingly propelled them to greatness as they have excelled since. Today is a happy day for all the Tar Heel alumni and fans in the Old North and throughout the southeastern United States.

Well as you could probably guess I have customers (members) that are alumni/ fans of both of the teams that played last night.

I had two different outfits planned for today's shift. The outcome made me select Carolina Blue .

Mother nature only allowed me to get in one round of golf last week. It had been a few months since I had traveled north of the AVL to play one of my absolute favorite courses in the area Reems Creek. The weather was decent as it was 60* with sunshine and no wind issues when we tee'd off at noon. Even though I did not putt well all day I played better than I had in weeks. Reems is a shot makers course do to its' many elevation changes. With all the practice I have been able to put in recently I felt more comfortable during the round than I have in some time. I shot an 82 with 3 three putts. I did not lose a ball nor take a single penalty stroke. I again only missed one fairway. It was an absolute joy to return to those rolling striped fairways.

Maybe last Tuesday was a sign that my mini slump might be coming to an end. 🙂⛳

Wasn't basketball. Don't know what it was besides crap. Never ever watched NC cause of that. Ever. Even when it was outlawed.

Important rule change *

This week we had an occurrence for the first time. CH selected Hideki who withdrew after he had started the tournament. CH's first back up (Streeleman) was used as a replacement. This is fine for our Georgia boy this week.

Going forward should this happen again there will be no replacement made for any participant that selected a player who started and then bowed out. If your player WD's AFTER starting the tournament you will just lose that player for the week. No points won or lost. I believe this is fair.
