If any of the guys in the tie for 13th had dropped even a single shot more, I'd have had positive 1 instead, but it was nearly a -9 weekend, so maybe I should just be happy.

* Attention an important change. 

Due to the Tour Championship being a net tournament and only having 30 players in the field we will not be making any picks in that Tournament. Instead this contest WILL END with the conclusion of the BMW Championship next week August 18-21.

The BMW will now be our FINAL tournament of the year. 

 

 

We currently have a tie for first place in the second half of the season standings. This one will coming down to the wire.

Many in this contest have dic* E D us around sadly all season long Q.   It's been a common occurrence around here to disregard our deadlines. Sadly you and I are kind of used to it and we have picked up the slack for many in the group .  But as one of our outgoing/cast off participant/member's said upon his departure earlier this season......... "Man this challenge doesn't even involve real money so get lost with your brand of nonsense commish. 

 

 To that I say, "Mi amigo, you never figured this place out in the first place. "

 

Going into our 6th year of NFL picks I WILL NOT be so lenient. Tardiness will involve a PENALTY that will be in the form of a point reduction. 

 

If one feels that in me doing this it is being too strict,  please bow out before we start our NFL Picks season.

I fell for the report yesterday that Cameron Smith had left for the other (not real golf) league. I see today he provided the golfing wold with this..

 

“My goal here is to win the FedExCup Playoffs. That’s all I’m here for,” Smith said, before taking a shot at Percy. “If there’s something I need to say regarding the PGA Tour or LIV, it will come from Cameron Smith, not Cameron Percy. I’m a man of my word and whenever you guys need to know anything, it’ll be said by me.”

 

So he is in the field and I want him on my team. I am replacing Sunjae Im (don't worry Sunjae I am sure doc will pick ya 😄) with the mullet from down under.
