Device to track pressure in feet

Can anyone recommend a device that shows how your weight moves through your feet during the swing?  I am hoping there's something out there that is not overly expensive.  Thanks.

Salted insoles are very basic here and not overly expensive.

Buy 2 cheap digital scales , kinda dumbed down but I think it works.  
 

like if you jump up on a scale the weight goes up a 100lbs.  Don’t be too forceful though.  I’m sure 2 could handle a golf swing.

You actually can guess that part if you know the weight on each foot.  Watch AMG vids and their Arrows

 Actually I want to know when my weight is too much in my toes/heels/etc.

V1 has force plates and there are a few other manufacturers that create similar products. Stuff's pricey, It'd be better to go to a facility that has them and ascertain data that way.

I have no idea about how well those work.  If you do get them it will be interesting to hear what you think of them. 

 

I do know from getting a few lessons with a force plate system that seeing the plot can be very instructive.  Making changes to the pattern can be a bit challenging though.

They work surprisingly well, especially given how inexpensive they are. A few people are complaining about the bluetooth connection dropping but I haven't experience that on my Samsung S9.

I also stream the phone directly to my PC in my simulator using scrcpy so I can look at it on a full screen instead of the phone.

How easily can you trim the insoles to fit the shoe?  Worried about cutting the excess will affect the recordings

Cutting them is pretty standard practice. I had to trim mine

They have about 4/5 sensors in the soles, cutting isn't a problem. 

 

I have a pair and bought them as an early adopter, I had issues with connectivity so they sent a second pair and still the same issue back then.

 

It's good feedback for the money.

I had to cut quite of bit of it to make them fit inside my shoes and didn't damage or affect the censors.

I actually picked a few pairs of these at the PGA show (I bought two pairs but they easily switch between shoes so you only need one pair). Keep an eye on BST I may be unloading my extra pair soon. You can download the app and see some of the videos and tutorials it’s called Salted Golf (there are two apps one for phone and one for iPad). 
 

I am just beginning to scratch the surface with them. I originally bought them to tell me where my weight is throughout my swing. These are as good as the balance board my pro uses that cost $3k plus. Spot on, measurements. These do a nice job of that. I can record my swings and view my weight shift throughout the swing, play it back slow mo, stop frame by frame, etc. What I have found really helpful especially indoors with the cold weather is working on my putting and balance. The app does a nice job of teaching you how to use all the features through instructions video and examples, as well as gives you good info on what your readings should be as well as many models to compare too.

I went with the larges for sizes 11-12, I am a size 12 so didn’t have to cut them, but they have lines in them for cutting.
