Real life experience Rogue ST Max vs Rogue ST Max LS?

I'm gaming the Max LS up 1 to 11.5 with the Tensie white x stiff with Prov1x.  This this is pin point(10 yd window) accurate carrying 275-280, but roll out is minimal to 295-300. Obviously due to increased spin. At 10.5 Get more roll, but at a loss of accuracy window 25yds.    The accuracy is addictive,  but further is further.

 

Would playing a 9 at a 10 play closer to the 11.5 spin wise due to the slightly closed face?

Think I got a counterfeit.. Emailed Callaway the serial number and they said nothing with that number came up in their database and the guy gave me a refund right away with no argument.

You might have said in earlier post but where did you buy it from? Im assuming Callaway Preowned? 
 

Was it only the performance that lead to checking the serial number or was it a combination of performance and a cosmetic thing?

 

And where is the SN?

I’ve tested a lot of low-ish spin heads. I would say the Max LS is the most forgiving of those. It is very Ping-like in forgiveness, with better sound and feel. 
 

If you like the shape of the Max LS there is little doubt you can settle on a loft that gives you optimal spin. Shaft choice might help a little, but it is mostly about getting the loft right. My setup, which has yet to arrive, is a 10.5 head set to 9.5 degrees with a Tensei Blue 65g stiff shaft. The LS is not a far more demanding head to hit vs the Max. I noticed little difference except slightly higher launch and spin in the Max vs the LS. I’m playing a B21 til it arrives — a very forgiving and underrated driver. 

what swing speed are you for the Tensei blue 65g stiff in the max ls head? I got the white but want something a bit easier to turn over

I just did a check-in on speed a few weeks back, just in case I do hit the gym like I say I will every winter. I was at 103-104 consistently. Blue is solidly mid-launch for me, easy to hit draws.

Wondering how this driver works for a 87-90 mph SS. My Qi10 is too spinny.  Im at 3250-3400 with the Qi10.

If you are referring to the Rogue Max LS then yes.  I have it and it hits very well and longer then my Ai Smoke Max with lower spin so I get a bit more yardage out of it.  My SS is in that range.  Currently paired with a 60 gram Diamana shaft but going to try a Tensei 55 gram shaft to see if I can get a bit more distance.

Your welcome.  Just so you know I am kinda old at 61 so trying low spin models to gain distance.  I know someone even older than me who only uses low spin heads.

I have played the Rogue ST Max LS, the Epic Max, and the Epic Max LS but not the Rogue ST Max. The Rogue ST LS and Epic Max LS seem almost identical--do not see or feel any real difference between them. However, both spin much less than the Epic Max. The LS moniker seems to reflect something real. I sold my Epic Max a while ago as it just wasn't for me because of the excess spin.

Rogue ST Max is easily one of the best driver heads ever made and I'll die on that hill. Not THE best, but definitely one of the best
