Yeah I've been through 2 of the TR blues. I picked up a UB 6S and it worked well, but it wasn't as tight for me in terms of dispersion. But yeah its a really close comparison and I'd definitely give it a shot as a replacement!

Took my new GT2 to the range yesterday and put in my @Fujikura Golf Ventus TR Black 6x in it..... the shaft snapped right above the hosel at contact. Haven't hit the ground or anything and my driver head flew 30 meters onto the driving range. And no, I'm not the one who purchased it originally.

Ill add another one to the list.

 

Ventus red 7x broke at the hosel in my 3 wood on the range. Took the 65 yard walk of shame to get my head.

 

I loved the red and still my black +, but no more ventus moving forward. Too much to invest and lose.

I played all fuji wood shafts for years and a few with their iron shafts also, now I have to say I would be afraid to risk it.

Such a shame that they apparently just don't care to address the problem.

Where the heck is @Fujikura Golf on this thread? Haven’t seen them for about 18 mos? Explain they don’t have “community manager” , whatever that is, maybe they should get one? Surely they have people in customer relations, warranty department, technical staff, maybe they even have managers? Wonder if their execs know this is going on? 

In any event it’s a bad look on Fuji.  I’ll be staying away.
