Best traditional pistol grip

After a recent fitting I was pleasantly surprised that traditional pistol grips (I.e. pp58, pistolero, iomic, etc.) fit me best.  My dilemma is that I’m also fit to a Ping PLD Anser 2, 32.5” putter. From my knowledge, the PLD Anser only comes in at 350 grams.  I haven’t seen a traditional rubber pistol grip that weighs less than 80 grams.  Since my putter is so short, a heavy grip with being the swing weight in too light.  Any suggestions for a traditional style pistol grip that plays around 60 grams or lighter?

Not exactly traditional but around the 60g number.

69 grams  for $10.  It's the right diameter for my hands.  Feel is more important than exact weight.  I bought two.

Not rubber, but Bestgrips Micro Perf is around 60g.  They are tacky like rubber though.

Iomic 55g or 65g is what you want best grips hands down imo

I've played Iomic's 65g model since they came out 15+ years ago. I am incapable of putting with anything else. Tackiest rubber pistol grip on the market, and durable to the point where one grip usually lasts me a couple years, only wearing out when the butt end of the shaft cuts its way through the butt end of the grip. All they take is some Simple Green a couple times a year and the tackiness comes right back.

The Ping PP58 weighs 58 grams. The stock grip on the PLD putters is the PP58 midsize which weighs 80 grams.

You’re right but what came stock with mine is the midsize so it’s at 80 grams.  Since I play short at 32.5” it plays a bit too light

From your original post it wasn’t clear that you knew the standard PP58 was 58 grams. That would be my suggestion. Doesn’t get any better than a blackout PP58, IMO.

I agree.  One of the GOAT putter grips.  But it seems to be back ordered everywhere.  How does the Iomic 65 compare in shape and feel with the PP58?

Personally I haven’t found a grip as comfortable as Odysseys White Hot Pro grip. I believe it weighs 66grams. Best grip Odyssey has ever made imo, been using mine for over a decade

Personally, I don’t care for the feel of the iomic. The non-blackout PP58 seems to be available.
