As the OP I'm with you, but the problem is that CPO doesnt really have many deals right now as all the usual "deal" inventory (clearance, shafts, new/odd/rare items/etc) is hidden/unlisted due to this warehouse change. 😂

CPO has 2016 Scotty Cameron Newport putters for like $180 each. Good/Average condition. After 30% off from last week thats like $120 or so.

 

You have to call Cole to get them.

Just received my club from last week finally.

 

It was boxed in a generic Callaway (larger) box that I usually get new clubs in. It was also shipped from Ft Worth instead of Austin, TX.

 

Given those factors I think we can be 100% certain Callaway is consolidating and absorbing the logistics of CPO into their Ft Worth warehouse space where they used to do the US-Based new club building for new club orders. (As opposed to the Mexico plant)

 

I dont know how this will effect them in the long run yet, but on a positive note they shipped the club WITH THE HEADCOVER INSTALLED! Finally after years and years they've figured out to do this to keep the clubhed from being bounced around the box 😂

Yeah whomever decided to do this move in the heart of the holiday season should have a stern talking to, got my order today and the driver didn't have the head cover on it.  Driver head is in good shape though, but they totally forgot my second item.  Just tried to call their customer service number and getting a message stating this person is unable to receive your call.

Mine was also shipped from Fort Worth. Like new condition came with the plastic still on the head. Very happy with it

It would be nice if I could get someone to actually answer my call but no luck.  I get put on hold forever.

 

 

UPDATE:  After over 2 1/2 hours sitting on hold waiting for a CS to answer on Friday, December 13th, a voice answered.  I cancelled my order and was told within 48 hours, my credit card would be credited so I said fine and remind Justin to also try to get my previous order credited as it has been about 10 days at that point since they got my trade.  Shortly after that received an email stating a ticket was created to cancel order.

 

UPDATE 2:  Today instead of a credit email, I received an email that item has shipped so called back and this time only on hold for an hour.  Asked them WTH they shipped and not refunded and didn't really get an answer.  Now once received, I have to send it back to them and then wait 14 days or so for a refund which will drag this process into next year instead of this being over this week!  Ugh...

 

Not real happy with CS right now!

Anyone know if there will be any sales after Christmas? I found the exact set of irons I have been looking for for about a year in the other brands category, and I am hoping there will be some sort of discount soon.

You can still get 25 or 30% off if you call a rep. Its been less than 14 days i think since they did the last one, still.

Call and talk to one of the sales reps and they normally offer it free. Lots of folks in this thread reference Cole so I am sure you can find his info in this thread.

How have shipping times been for folks lately?  I understand with holidays and all it might be backed up.  I ordered a set on Tuesday early morning and still have no shipping notification or tracking number in my UPS app.  In the summer, if I ordered anything before noon, it was shipped out same-day.

I placed an order on 12/30, got a tracking number same day, and looks like it left the warehouse/was in UPS’ hands on 1/2. Not bad with New Years closure

Received an order I made on Dec 30 last night - Jan 4.   No complaints on the shipping but I only received 2 of the 3 clubs I ordered... This morning the website shows my order (with the 3 clubs identified) is still being processed? and my credit card has been charged as if I bought 3 clubs.   Now, I will have to spend time getting this fixed.     

 

I have been a customer for a long time and still believe this site to be worth it... but for me the incompetence is now a pattern - recent issues (incorrect descriptions on the site - R vs S, putter neck and dents to 2 drivers) being some of my recent issues.   Another fail by CWPO. 

 

IMO, the only option for customers is to have someone on the phone when ordering to confirm description, condition and apparently - the availability, of clubs...

I think last week was a skeleton crew. My replacement club didn't ship out thurs or friday last week, looks like UPS will get it today based on the label print.

 

The order via web or a CS rep is the same: if the club is mis-labeled as X, it will be in inventory incorrectly as well. Has it happened more since the move? Perhaps. I still see this as a 1st world problem we have here, and they swap them out with no questions asked and a quick return shipping label, I'll take that any day 🙂

Does anyone have insight into the "Refurbished in the USA" definition? Just received two Paradym hybrids with the attached photo. They look like any other  "like new" purchase? One thing I like from the last couple of the CPO purchases, they upgraded the cardboard (stronger) and size of the package. Size fits the size of the purchase and no wrinkled boxes from being slammed by shippers (UPS).

Was just emailed a 5% coupon code, Trying to use it on a set of Edge irons, coupon code does not work. Says Promotional Card / Coupon Code is invalid. Anyone else having issues adding a Promo code?

CPO strikes again. Toulon Las Vegas with the H4.5 (flow) neck pops up last week in LH. Order it. Takes a while for it to arrive. Arrives today, and it is the usual double-bend shaft. Just really annoying—like, the H4.5 or H7 neck is unique and different, and the DB is a dime a dozen, and I have no use for it.

 

Now I need to go through the return process. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice if CPO would shape up and avoid these issues in the first place.

In the past couple weeks I’ve bought 2 wedges off ebay from callaway golf that were on their website as well but at a higher price…I’m curious how that makes business sense??

 

The latest 1 was $6 cheaper with free shipping and on their website they wanted to charge me $6 more and 9.95 for shipping

I'm still getting bit by inconsistent shipping.  On Tuesday 1/14, I placed one order early morning and it shipped out Wed and is out for delivery today (Fri).  I placed another order that same Tuesday morning just 2 hours later, and still no movement at all.  No points awarded for the order (usually that shows an hour or two after ordering), no tracking, nothing.  Just the full charge to my CC.  I called CPO this morning and the rep was going on and on about weather and ice, but then told him about the time difference and status of the two orders (that are only 382 digits apart in order number) and he just said he'd keep an eye on it.  Not too optimistic since changes in their warehouses.

This week?  In Fort Worth?  Nope.  Snow was last week.  Also, AFAIK, the club gets pulled, boxed and given a shipping label all within the warehouse.  Unless their warehouse has no roof, weather shouldn't be stopping that.  So many CPO complaints since they moved!

Yep, this week.  I'm in Chicago and relatively not bad here!  But I agree, sounded like a BS excuse.  And literally 2 hours later for the order.  Bummer.

Their warehouse is still a mess, I have spoken to a few reps in the past week. In the past clubs tend to ship the next day like clockwork, my last few return replacements have taken 2 days just to ship out.

 

I feel for the peeps working there: seems like they are slammed and understaffed at the very least.

Same. It's been a mild annoyance for now, but no reason to write off CPO for good

 

I'm loathing the day we move all our stuff out of our 1200 sq ft house--I can't even fathom moving the inventory out of a facility like CPO
