Kaili white, Tour ad XC, or Hzrdus Smoke black for 3w? (Ventus drivers)

Been on the search for a solid 3 metal shaft that compliments the Ventus lineup in the driver (black,blue, TR.) Ultimately, which of these shafts are able to work both ways while maintaining low spin on full swings, and jus enough spin for 3 metal bunt shots to keep it in play? 

 

Seems like Kaili is the favorite on tour, but always looking for options as a typical WRXER

I had the Ventus Black in driver at one point a couple years ago.  I like the XC and Kai'li white.  Both are pretty smooth for mid-low/low shafts  Numbers on launch monitor were good as off the tee but spin was on the low side off the deck hence the reason why I go for blue board profile shafts in fairway metal.  Honestly, I'd recommend something like the Diamana GT or AD UB for the sake of getting enough spin.  They launch a little higher than typical whiteboard profile shafts and spin a bit more but not too much.  Not a fan of the smoke black though.  Felt boardy and contact/dispersion was very erratic/inconsisent.

Thanks for your feedback! Ive had my eye on the UB for a while, nearly purchased one from proclubs but being a huge rory fan i opted out.. Probably the best looking tour ad shaft i've seen and your review has got me intrigued.. also, ever since Nelly Korda put GT in play it has been up my list as well, but having a hard time seeing a used one on the bay for a good price. Awesome recommendations, now i'm back in the rabbit hole 👽

 

Heard both the UB and GT were crisp feeling at impact with low spin for being billed (mid-low launch) 

 

For some reason, I get along with the hzrdus smoke black in the 2i. Nothing special but it allows me to work it high, low, left, and right. sounds like the wood shafts might be a different story though.

I play the ventus black 8x in my fairway and it’s been great for me off the tee and deck. It’s stays in my 3100-3400 window off the tee or from the fairway. Had the Kaili white 80tx in a fairway and it was great as well. Didn’t get numbers on that but it launched higher than my ventus

Yes Please!!! I know Nelly Korda was testing both during practice rounds this year. Would love to hear the similarities/differences as well

Can't go wrong with either one.  Both feel very simliar.  Very little kick and stable.  The reason why I love both is because they are both anti-left for me compared to the typical mid/mid-low shafts.  It comes down to whether you prefer a soft or stiff handle.

sounds like the contenders are UB, Kaili white, and GT. For the wallets sake the Kaili is most affordable on the bay $200 built. While Ub would be $200-224 shaft, $30 tip, $20 install, $20 grip 😭. Gt being $360 built.
