I think I just figured out the overly complicated, messy, overlapping, and confusing Mitsubishi shaft releases from the past handful of years….They are trying to use every letter in the alphabet for the shaft names, then and only then, will Mitsubishi go back to a simpler shaft lineup.

This is a decent shaft, picked up a 6 Stiff new uncut from an online store in Japan for a good price. Feel is similar to the DF for me but slightly tighter and firmer in the butt section. More lively than the PD it has a nice feel. Doesn't feel like the original W series but has similar performance, mid launch and low/mid spin from what I'm seeing and feeling.

How would people compare the D+ Limited or D-Limited to both the PD and DF?

 

I’ve only owned the D+/Limited and newer GT.

PD is low/low like the D+ Limited but that's where the similarities end.  PD feels more stout in the mid and handle therefore feels more linear.  The softer handle of the D+ Limited makes feel a little more lively and the different materials make it feel smoother.  DF and PD are very similar in every way to me except feel where the PD has a bit more feel from the different materials used.

Eh, nothing special I guess. I only took it to the driving range once. 

Feel is good. Launch is low.

I don't remember what numbers I was getting on the launch monitor, but my total distance was up I think. I would have to test again if you want specifics.

I couldn't decide if I wanted 60SR or 50S but decided to give lighter weight a try. Mid to high 90s SS but I'm always dealing with shoulder or elbow pain. Maybe 50SR would have been a better choice lol

Lol gotcha, I'm a bit of a different beast. I had a DF 60 stiff that I tipped .75" recommended by someone who fits on tour and it was a beast. I plan on doing the same to this one as well, somewhere between .5- .75". SS 112-115

Thought I was the Hulk and tipped a PD 60TX .5 Earlier in the year and that was biiig mistake lol.

Wait, what... You went from DF 60S to PD 60TX AND you tipped it?? Wasn't guy from TXG testing 40X when PD came out?

I actually wanted to try PD 50S or SR as well but based on people's comments how stiff it plays I decided against it. Ended up buying Fire Express MX-P which is more of a GT profile, based on what I've translated from Japanese.

The PD is way more stout on the butt end than the DF let alone going up 2 flexes.

I figured that tipping the DF the way I did made it an X. And I for whatever reason jumped from the DF to a 6x Ventus TR tipped .75 and I was hooking it off the planet so that's why I went to such an extreme. 

Really hoping the WS preforms like the DF. I'v never personally play either D Limited. The Tensei 1K white was so close by something about it was just off, right now I'm gaming the CK Orange and it's just about perfect but misses just spin up a bit too much for my liking.

I'm getting more distance with WS over DF but take it with a grain of salt. I can't hit it well due to indoor swing syndrome

FWIW got tuned up today, ended up tipping the 60 Stiff .75”, 2 clicks lower, lead taped SW to d4 and I’m hitting absolute nukes.

Callaway has the Diamana WB available as a custom shaft option in the Paradym AI Smoke line (60, 70, 80 options in stiff or TX)...haven't seen any specs sheets or press releases on the "WB" but would venture a guess it'll be the same or similar

 

**Also likely another thread discussing this and I haven't seen it - so apologies if this is old news**
