Range/practice only memberships in Montgomery or Bucks County PA?

Just curious if this is an option at any clubs? Looking mainly in Montco. I've reached out to quite a few private courses and it seems like nobody offers this.

I thought that range memberships would not be hard to find.   
 
Although I don't think private courses want non-members to have a range membership.

Doubt any club or it's members that would want this. 

 

Some do offer social membership that includes the range, which may be worth looking into if you use it enough. You'd likely get 6-8 rounds of golf as well. Though you may need to pay green fees.

I've never been a member of a private club and some of the numbers I've seen from these places are insane lol. I guess if you're rich it's barely a drop in the bucket but unfortunately that's not me. I'm just getting back into the game after almost 15 years of not holding a club so I'm only interested in range sessions and getting my swing back before even thinking about getting on the course again. Looks like my only decent option is the local driving range. Unfortunately all the ranges near me are always packed .

Five ponds has a decent range and short game area. It is probably the best in the area.

Don't think they offer any type of practice only membership. Played there once like 25 years ago. Remember it being a solid course but didn't use the range. I don't even know if they had one way back then.

Probably better off looking for a semi-private. They typically will have range memberships available.

They don't. But I think the have a range membership.

I'm not aware of anything like this at a private club in the Philly suburbs. Closest thing I've seen is some "social" memberships allowing range access under certain conditions, but unless you are interested in the pool and social scene it is an extremely expensive way to hit range balls. Most clubs in the area are full or close to it and aren't seeking out ancillary revenue like selling range-only memberships.

Yup, this is what I've been discovering. I was hoping to find at least 1 or 2 options but it looks like there are none. It would've been nice to have a decent place to practice everyday, not just hitting balls but also short game and putting. The closest range to me is probably Skippack Golf Course and it's garbage. Usually packed, crappy mats, and the balls haven't been replaced in 100 years.

Turtle creek has a half decent range and there is a par 3 course there too.
