Realistically though, hasn’t played competitively in 12 years. I have no idea what the course in Jeddah is like but imagine it’s on the easier/forgiving end of the spectrum so we may see a decent score but it’ll be a surprise if he separates himself from the field.

I imagine a majority of golfers are envious of pro players getting paid big money to play golf. None of that has anything to do with objective criticisms of either the PGAT or LIV.

That's the thing, most of the liv hate is unhinged vitriol along with a large dose of cancel culture.  There are some constructive posts and those I let stand.  Even agree with some.  But when posters bash everything LIV, call recent major winners hasbeens, slander AK as crackhead, call Norman a.loser etc (2nd to TW weeks at #1) then it's not constructive, it's envy and rage.

Agreed, no one should hate on AK.  I like the guys style. 

 

It's not LIV drama at all, it's what LIV is.  An invitation only exlcusive club of golfers, at GN's choosing.  Nothing more, nothing less.  Enjoy the golf, but let's not pretend it's world class competition. 

 

Golf talent is today is moving a warp speed, even much more that when TW was in his prime .  Bringing a dude out of a 10-year hibernation is clip bait.
