Agreed. I just had one built a couple weeks ago and at least in my sim, its super stable and I cannot believe the dispersion I am getting...Even versus my standard Ventus Red.

Last I saw it was a 16.5 set at C1, so ≈ 15.75

What are the main differences you’re seeing vs OG Red

Obviously take with a grain of salt since no 2 swings are alike...

At my speed and tempo (110-112mph club head speed, moderate to deliberate tempo), I find it to fit a little better as it's ever so slightly more stable (I think its slightly more tip stiff than the OG Red if I'm not mistaken) and harder for me to turn over. The Red was the best shaft I have ever played, but the last few days of testing with the Red TR have been eye opening.

Played 18 holes at Willow Crest and hit 10 drives. I have never had better numbers over the course of a round on my sim...or probably real life ha:

I have a OG Blue and OG Black as well and they just feel too boardy for my swing. The TR just seems like the ultimate sweet spot.

I like what Titleist has done and just put the standard lofts on their fairways instead of numbers. With so much adjustability offered, the traditional fairway wood numbers are not necessary (other than setting club head cc size?).  Callaway went away from their 4 wood (last seen in the Epic) and like TM offers the 3W HL.  I think I have seen 5W HL out there as well...

Have both in fairways. TR red is a little heavier, feels more stable and I'd say launches a little lower but still high enough. From what I can tell would hold up better if you have a more aggressive swing where as red works with an easy tempo. OG red easier to move right to left. This is comparing 7X to 7X.

The 8TX OG red does feel stiffer, but seems to lack the same feel as the TR. At some point I'll hop on an LM and can give you better information, as I've only been playing casual rounds lately as well. I'll try to pay more attention to it and hit both side by side next time I go out as well if you're interested in hearing more.

For those who are using the red tr in fairway what do you have in driver?  Hybrid or 7 wood shaft?

Blue TR in driver, though the Black is pretty close in testing. Just depends on your swing and what shape you want. Haven't hit red in driver, wish I was able to just for comparison's sake.

I'm currently playing a TR blue 6X tipped 1/2' - tried the TR Red 7X in a 4 wood. With my transition (aggressive, SS ~116 with driver) the TR red was just too noodly to consistently find the low point hitting shots from a fairway. I really think TR red (along with the OG red) are purely for smooth swingers or deliberate tempo.

I have the OG Blue 6x in my driver, have a Paradym triple diamond 3wood coming tomorrow with a Red TR 7x. Taking a little gamble on the Red but have been curious to try it for a while. Hoping it pairs well with the TD fairway, plan is to loft it down 1* to give me that open face look I like but still give me a good solid launch off the ground and hopefully good dispersion. Chose the red over the OG Blue 7x after talking with @Peoples Golf

Tried TR Red in driver, strong 3 and then 4 wood. No matter the club never could time it and find the center of club face. I play Ventus Black for 3 years now and Blue has been in my 3 wood as well. Tried TR Blue and Black as well and those didn’t work for me either. Out of all the TRs the Blue was probably the Goldilocks for my swing but the OG profiles just work best for me. Best advice that no WRXer wants to hear is get fit.

Same got TR blue driver through woods I am liking that. Got two OG reds for the fairways to test. Haven’t tried the TR red

what was his reasoning for TR Red over OG Blue to match driver?

Just that they are stable and not that much more high launching. Club got here Friday but after a great stretch of weather it’s gone to crap for the next week so it prolly won’t be till the end of this week till I can get it out to try. Looks really good though lol

Let me know your findings, Adam - I'm in a similar boat where the Blue 6X would be my driver choice.
