Rahm New Putter

Anyone know what Rahm is rolling? Looks like a naked Rossie S still but it is black and sole looks like the 7 Burns has been testing. Insert looks to be a white hot. Appears the black series may be a thing!!

Interesting. On the cover, it appears there's an insert in the middle that would.likely be lighter material, allowing the heaviest portion of the putter to be all around the perimeter.

Yeah, that insert looks interesting.  Different color and the outline looks white while the insert looks like a very light shade of grey?  Intrigued…

The weights look like the prior generation O-Works and Stroke Lab weights. Odyssey’s latest putters have had those oblong ones. It’d be a little strange if they switched back to an older version.

 

The sole plate and color scheme reminds me of those Japan-only black and blue Stroke Lab putters that were released years ago. I wonder if this started life as one of those (or a prototype of one) before getting Rahm custom’d.

Hopefully this stays in his bag for a bit so we can gain some additional details.  Love to hear more about that insert.

seems similar to the 7S Sam Burns was testing not too long ago if I remember correctly. Maybe its the same line

Yes, Sam is currently testing a similar style putter as JR.  Evidently, it’s slated to be released in 2024.

The new putter and burns putter he tested are toulons new face line schedules for 24 release. An ai face design.
