Looks like a shaft-pull install without replacing the ferrule.

(or long ferrule cut down with step transition, and an unflattering picture angle.)

Me and Lee Trevino have similar wear marks on our 3W, I don't know if that's good for me or really bad for Lee?

def a wrong sized ferrule and making it the best you can. I am guilty of doing that on more than one occasion 😅

I will also echo the confusion on the lab's lead tape. The putter feels light because its balanced so maybe he thought it was too light?  It would kind of defeat the purpose to unbalance the putter but if it works then go for it.

about a 1/3rd of the players at my club have switched to LABs including myself.  its hard to win money when you are giving up that big of an advantage on the greens.  I wouldn't be surprised if the USGA banned them, its like cheating. (once you stop manipulating the putter)

I think he only plays 13 clubs.  A lot of the old guys did like Watson etc.
