Im a huge fan of the GolfWRX forum and the community of like-minded degenerates.  I live in Central NJ area and I try to play at least once a week when the season is in full swing.  I'm in my late 30s and I play to about an 8 handicap - with upside of course!  There are a few groups that I frequently play with but I'm looking to expand my horizons a tad this year.  Looking to play some new courses/meet some new people.  Posting to see if there are any other guys/gals who might be interested in making some new golf friends and getting a couple rounds in this upcoming season.  I really enjoy playing with people who are passionate about the game, improvement, equipment, and especially club ho-ing.  Because lets face it , whats better than playing golf itself?! Obviously the answer is the purchasing of more golf related goods that we generally do not actually need.  

 

If anyone in this area is interested let me know, maybe we can get a few WRXers together for a few rounds and some some fun.

hey what's up man - i'm in morris county here. i play all over - all the time. between tourneys and regular play in summer i play 3-4x a week.

That sounds pretty good. Im down in Middlesex County but I like to get out of this area since Ive played all these courses to death.  Ive been up to Berkshire Valley and Flanders a few times even got to play Black Oak a couple times too and that was a nice course.   Whats your go-to up that way?

Monmouth county here, i play the county courses.  I'll let you know when I go out.

well i live around the corner from flanders. i play sunset valley all the time with friends (20 of us - i'm current club champ eh hemm lol), berskhire, played neshanic yesterday, you name it i'll play it. aside from minebrook or other dog tracks. 

 

favorite up this was is probably architects in season.

Sounds good, I just started venturing down that way and there are a bunch of courses I'd like to get back to.

Very humble brag, I appreciate that.  Does club champ come with a VIP parking space? Lol. 

Architects is definitely one of my favorites can't wait to get back up there. It looks like this could be a match.  I'll slide into your DMs and we can exchange info to set something up once the weather breaks.

 

Also, I play often with a friend who is also a plus handicap and I would really love to watch him be humbled one of these days ,you might be the guy for the job lol.
