My head pro reached out for a status update around the 7W mark and was told there was a delay because the TPTs were OOS. The club went into production a week later, but he had not received a shipping email as of last week. Based on this thread and the other one, a 14-20-day production timeline isn't out of the ordinary, so I hope that he'll send an update when the club opens tomorrow and I'll have the putter in the next 10 days. 

 

If you are on the fence about ordering, I would recommend going direct vs retail

Putter arrived today. Exactly 12 Weeks from the day of order!

Well, that’s quite interesting.  Wonder if those that pay the $250 jump the orders that have been out there for 6 + weeks.  Probably yes. We will see when mine ships.

The answer is yes!  There is no other way they could do it.

Well it’s also conceivable they’ve already increased capacity to take care of existing orders AND add the expedited option.  That would be the right way to handle.  Imagine their new orders just took off even more after Sunday.

That’s not really how manufacturing works.

 

 If you build a new machine, it increases your capacity.  If they use the “new machine” for expedited orders, and complete those expedited orders before the orders that are already in queue, the expedited orders still get completed first, effectively putting them ahead of the queued orders
