When I ordered my Link, I was poking around the website and the DF3 and Mezz putters all had a note that said, "Expect delivery 5-6 weeks from the time of purchase."  The Link at the time didn't have that note (it does now), so I'm hoping it's a quicker turn around.

How long does it usually take to get a response from support? I hadn't realized the remote fitting itself had such a lead time as well, so while I was waiting for it I decided to just order to get in the queue. But that meant my fitting didn't have the order # to get my info updated, so I sent a request to get them linked up.

 

It's only been a few days since I asked but I feel like I'm in 3 queues now hoping they get completed in the right order 😅

I’ve tried calling multiple times over the last couple weeks and have never been able to talk to a real person.

 

@Celeras — my remote fitting took a week to get a response and then I had some follow up questions. Each subsequent reply email took 24 hours. It is not a speedy process.
