I suppose with the announcement being official now, the TW/Nike thread should probably be changed into an SDR thread?

 

Looking forward to seeing more but I’m a title underwhelmed from what I’ve seen so far. Hopefully they’ll put together some more refined designs before their 5/1 launch date. 
 

I think their hoodies, gloves and hats are their best looking pieces so far, which probably isn’t what they’d like to hear.

Wonder if there will be a specific TW branded line using the Tw logo in the event other athletes are signed to the sun day red line.  Hard to imagine why they wouldn’t use that logo if he has the rights to it.

I don't mind it, but hopefully they will understand that they could play with it many ways and it will still sell because of Tiger. I know thats not going to happen, but between that and SDR or SR they could do some cool stuff.

Was there any info on the material used for the polos and other products? The close up on the red polo looks like there's some cotton involved, and I would hope that's not the case... Tiger of all people should know cotton doesn't work on the golf course in the South.

The logo itself is becoming more tolerable, but:

 

• The S D R placed around the logo on certain versions looks terrible
• Sunday Red in stead of SUN DAY RED would have been a far better name
• Shirt looks like it's off some Chinese merch rack at a trade show

Breaking up Sunday into two words makes it very annoying to read.

The logo looks like Le Tigre after burial.  I have a feeling that this brand is going to be a flop even with the backing from the greatest golfer ever.  Some of the accessories looked cool but the clothing line itself looks mediocre.  Might take some time before they are able to find their stride.   I liked the TW Nike stuff for a while , but even that got watered down after time.

The Shark logo for Greg Norman is better, but looks like SDR borrowed the concept/illustration. Shark's colors provide a foundation for a broader color line and bold graphic patterns. 

 

It's not very distinguished, but with clothing that is difficult to do today and compete with all the other personalized clothing lines that are out there.

 

That said, someone will buy it.

Agreed on the S D R when placed around the logo. I don't think the tiger logo by itself is awful, but anything they've shown where they tried to slap those letters around it looks terrible. It just wreaks of trying too hard.

It’s difficult to criticize the colors when they’ve literally only revealed two polos. One Red of course and then a dark greenish/gray that’s a pretty bold out there design. Can hardly say it’s boring at this point.

Only things that looked high quality were the leather goods. And those should be nearly impossible to screw up.

 

Everything else looked like cheap samples that were thrown together at the last minute. How do you have the main "Sunday Red" shirt with the logo sewn off-center??
