These guys have to figure out returns. They said they got my return three weeks ago and they still haven’t credited me. I want to buy more from them, but it is hard to trust that this company knows what they’re doing. They better get their act together so they don’t lose patient customers like me.

I wonder what changed. I bought stuff when they brand first started last year and returned several things and always got my refund in a timely manner.

Former lurker new member first post. 

 

I took advantage of the sale and got my first Sun Day Red gear. Typically a Lululemon, Greyson, Jordan, Cuts guy.
 

I got the cashmere quarter zip, cashmere vest, a t shirt and the black and white horizontal stripped polo. I must say the quality and fit is great on my pieces! Not baggy but definitely not too slim for my body type. 

 

I have a cashmere sweater just delivered from Greyson while I’m at work so I’m eager to compare it to SDR

 

I’m 6’2” 215 34 years old and got a large in everything and fits great. For reference my normal size for brands listed above is also large so TTS for me (except for Greyson I like going Medium in their polos)

Any idea what is going to happen to all the sundayred sales items? All are off the website curious where they will be doing with all that inventory

mine was taking weeks with no responses to emails. I finally called them and the guy processed the refund immediately. Suggest doing that

I called and got some recording that call volume was high and to try later. What a joke.

Some retailers destroy them instead of undermining their brand by send in them to big discount chains. It will be interesting to see what they do.

This is more likely to happen or to sell at a bigger discount to employees or Taylormade employees. They don't want to "devaule" the brand by selling to a discount retailer

Finally called SDR about the refund. He confirmed any of the alternate forms of payment, ie not just putting your CC into their website, requires manual refunds. They try and do them in batches but occasionally they miss some/they fall through the cracks. 

 

In my case, it was apple pay that caused the issue. Just an FYI for anyone else with returns in the future.

My friend went back to work for TaylorMade after being at the Kingdom at Reynolds and he told me the other day sun day red is what they are wearing.

Ya, you can now buy SDR stuff at the Kingdom. They also outfitted all their experiential staff in SDR for this year. It will be like that going forward. Better for them to have them wearing SDR gear instead of branding other brands with TM logos

I'm going to bandon for a week from phoenix. Its 110 in phoenix and 65 in bandon. I don't really own any golf pants.
