They are very sporadic with their restocks, so there is no telling unfortunately.

anyone else find the quality of the hats to be poor?  I bought the Cypress tour 6 fitted hat

I love the fit/look, etc

 

But I literally got stuck in the rain for 1.5 holes and already the brim and front of the hat is bubbling

Just spent the last 30 to 45 minutes rereading this thread and it is pretty funny how the comments have swung back and forth. At the end of the day, it is Tiger Woods brand we are talking about. Of course, we are going to buy it no matter what it is or how expensive it is. Sure they have had some shipping issues and probably will again because they are still figuring out how the market and people will respond. But it is Tiger Woods.... Everyone wants it. I have a couple of items myself and have been pleased with all of them. It is hard to be mad or upset with an apparel company because nothing is ever going to be perfect or fit everyone perfectly, but it will not stop us from getting it if we want it.

any idea why this particular polo "Mini Azaleas Printed Polo" doesn't show on the website when you go to MEN -> TOPS -> POLOS

I already see many counterfeit products on aliexpress. That just shows how popular the brand is. Too pricey for me but I would be happy to have one.

I just got the Cypress Tour 6 Panel Fitted Hat and it’s quickly become my favorite hat I own.  Very very comfortable, and it fits well for my head.  I will definitely order more colors.

I sweat through my Cypress 6 panel during a 100+ degree round and rinsed it off when I got home…This is how it dried. I’ve never owned a golf hat that couldn’t get wet.

That's not good at all. That has me worried about wearing mine out to play. I've just been wearing it running errands. Have you sent the picture to them to see what they say?

I contacted customer support earlier this morning and explained the situation. They sent me an eGift card for the value of the hat plus shipping. Pretty solid as I’ve had the hat for a few months now.
