PGA Frisco (Fields Ranch East) let's carts on the course after a certain period in the morning due to the heat. I'd assume they would do something like this as well with a forecaddie.

Yeah, I have no knowledge and can see it go either way.  On one hand it's their ethos to be walking only (except if there is a medical condition). On the other hand, it's hot in Texas and it will basically make 36 hole days impossible for 4 months per year when the days are long.

I disagree. Not every new course and not every crowded course. I play at one of the most crowded clubs in the state and it’s almost always in great shape. They will have great growing conditions and an unlimited budget. I’d put my money on it being pretty awesome in year one.

That's awesome, sounds like you have found a great club. I hope that's the case, very excited to check it out. Disagree on the unlimited budget, we are the best course in the state and our budget is far from unlimited.

I cant see a Keiser operation not being walking-only frankly

Just really learning about this.  I live about an hour away....

 

Sort of reminds me of what Pine Dunes near me could have been.  Pine Dunes now charge  $139 on the weekends, and its more remote in my opinion, not high end accommodations/food either.
